Dear SA2 Worldsync Community,
As you have likely heard, this is an exciting time for SA2 Worldsync and the future of our master data management services.
GS1´s increase of its holding in SA2 Worldsync to 100 percent demonstrates the tremendous trust they place in our business and growth opportunities. Prior to this acquisition, GS1 Germany was a minority shareholder in our business. As demonstrated by this announcement and our solid results in 2010, which exceeded expectations, everyone at SA2 Worldsync is committed to delivering innovations and services that deliver significant value to customers – which has been our primary goal since we were formed in 2008.
Under the full ownership of GS1 Germany, we will continue on our aggressive global expansion to deliver services and best practices in global data synchronization and new strategic segments as mobile commerce.
If you have questions regarding this recent announcement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Enjoy reading!
